| Very Sturdy! Easy to use. Works GREAT! The plastic is very heavy duty, I think I will have this composter for many years to come. I LOVE IT!!!! I would recommend this product to anyone. |

| This is easy to put together. So far I love it. My plan is to buy another one to have one cooking and one to add too. The built in hand holds make this really easy to spin. So far I'm thrilled with it. |

| We bought this composter last summer. We added kitchen scraps, garden waste, coffee grounds, peels, egg shells, all the usual compost items. It is in the sun. We tumbled it and tried to add the correct amounts of green and brown materials. We live in a low humidity area of Oregon. The compost became soaking wet although we never added water to it. We quit adding anything to it since nothing was decomposing and thought we would let what material was in there compost. It is now June and it is still a wet, gooey, stinky mess. We added compost starter granules thinking it needed a boost to the organisms. Nothing is happening. We would have been better off throwing everything into a pile. This is a big waste of money. I wish that I could get my money back from this company but it has been too long. I wish that I could ship the disgusting slimy mass to the makers of this product. I do not recommend this product to anyone. We are throughly disappointed. |
| Good for urban yard | 2010-05-13 | 4 / 5 |

I have a relatively small urban yard and this fits in nicely tucked against the garage. I've just started chucking stuff in there, so I have no idea how good of a composter it is, but it should do the job.
The illustrated assembly instructions don't exactly match up with the written instructions, but it's not exactly rocket science to assemble this thing. I assembled it by myself and I'm a short girl. If you're assembling it by yourself, here's a tip. Assemble the legs. Put the bin on the ground and attach the V-shaped hip supports to it. THEN attach the legs. Trying to lower the awkward large bin onto the supports and align the holes was just not going to happen. Also, just finger-tighten all the connections until you have it right. I had to noodle around with it a bit to get everything lined up.
The supports come shipped inside the bin, which I thought was a cool way to cut down on packaging. But they get coated in a black powder, I guess from the inside of the bin, which was a PAIN to scrub off. I washed my hands vigorously four times in order for most of it to come off. So wear some gardening gloves. |

| Arrived as expected. Setup instructions for legs could be clearer (there are specific sizes that were not clearly identified). During composting material stays quite damp and attracted flies - not normal with conventional composters. Could use more/bigger air holes. |
