| Received the Veranda cover, excellent quality. Since I live in Arizona and I store my smoker outside, with the extreme summer temperatures consistently in the Triple digits and the suns harmful rays. I feel my smoker is well protected from those harmful UV rays. Having a quality cover is very important and will prolong the life of my smoker. Great product and well worth the money. |

im brazilian and we love to bbq but i live in a condominium on the 5th floor, of course i much rather have a wood charcoal grill.
i have tried the $30 wallmart one but it sucks! it only cooks the meat... it does not leave the beautifull mouth dripping grill marks.
i felt in love with this grill when i went to a friends apartment bbq, he had about 10 people over and he kept everyone fed for about 2 hours... the heat does not go down. the heating element is always bright red. i bought it a couples days later
and is the best electric grill i have ever had.we bbq almost every night! |

| I have an old smokey electric and this fits great. This cover is a strong material and is very water resistant. For some reason old smokey recommends to store the smoker with the lid off. When you do that and then put this cover over it and it rains, a nice big pool of water forms in the concave pit the water creates on top, which eventually overwhelms the cover and drips inside. I went to use my smoker after a big rain storm and there was a good bit of stinky water mixed with juices from my last batch of ribs! I am going to start putting my lid on prior to storage, but the lid is flat so its not like the nice dome which you see in the picture, where water just flows off the top. I think the answer is to make sure you anchor it tight so water flows off and does not pool on top, like how you anchor a rain tarp over a tent. This is a serious peice of material and is well worth the money and looks nice and clean out on your deck. I cannot imaging anyone is making anything better. Again, my problem is that my smoker is flat on top and not domed. My problem is not this cover! Maybe i will stuff a beach towell on top of the smoker to create a little dome. |

| This is a well made product. Although it is too short for my smoker, but I made it work. Just put a small bucket under it to hold the cover up off the ground on the bottom. |
